I have worked for 20 years at Verizon Wireless in positions of increasing responsibility and impact. Currently, I am working in Learning Technology and Operations at Verizon Wireless, selected as the #1 company in training by Training Magazine for 2012.

Previous Experience in Content Development, Reporting, Customer Service Management, and Retail Management.

Outside Interests: Spending time with my family, being active in local church, co-leading a not-for-profit ministry, performing web design for non-profit organizations, Missions, exercise and nutrition, playing guitar.
